ROSEDALE, RIVERLAKES, AND BRIMHALL
Three northwest names. Two ZIP codes.
Rosedale is the community along Rosedale Highway, and neighbors use the name for more than one ZIP. Riverlakes Ranch is roughly bounded by Olive Drive, Coffee Road, Rosedale Highway and Allen Road. The Links at Riverlakes Ranch, 5201 Riverlakes Drive, is in 93312, in the same community as the Northwest Promenade. The Villages of Brimhall, south of Brimhall Road between Allen Road and Jewetta Avenue, is in 93312 as well.
93314 is the Rosedale side farther west, where newer houses continue along Rosedale Highway and Allen Road. Brimhall Road is the street the Villages tract is named for; that tract is the 93312 side, and 93314 is the Rosedale side beyond it. If the ZIP on your address is 93314, you are in the right place. If it is 93312, weekly service still includes you on the northwest 93312 page. Send the address and we will confirm which route it falls on.
The visit is at your pool. The Cal Valley business address is 3125 Henry Ln Ste F16, Bakersfield, CA 93308, open Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. There is no separate Rosedale office. Call or text 661-747-9184.
WHAT A WEEKLY VISIT COVERS
West-side pools, on the weekly route.
Dust, wind, and the water level
Pools on this western edge pick up dust when the wind crosses open ground beyond the tracts. Summer heat drops the water the way it does across Bakersfield. Weekly pool service tests and balances the water on each visit.
Cleaning that follows the yard
Skimming, brushing, vacuuming and basket care are part of the visit when the estimate includes them. Larger yards out here can mean more debris after a windy day, so the cleaning follows your pool. Read the benefits of professional pool maintenance.
Circulation, then repair if needed
Each visit includes a look at circulation and filtration. Pump, filter, heater and automation repair is a separate job, including variable-speed Pentair pump installs.
The scope of work and price are confirmed with your estimate. Weekly routes are only 93306 (east Bakersfield), 93311, 93312 and 93314. Green-to-clean, filter cleaning, water changes and tile cleaning and bead blasting are scheduled on their own, including outside those four ZIPs.
